Chhaava

Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava, biopic of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, is landing on Netflix following its success at the box office. The movie crossed ₹500 crore net in India and has been well appreciated for its scale, performances, and pictorial storytelling. Rashmika Mandanna plays the role of Yesubai, and Akshaye Khanna is seen in an important role. The movie was greatly appreciated for its suffocating battle scenes as much as for Vicky's excellent performance as Maratha warrior king.
Pravinkoodu Shappu

Directed in toddy shop backdrop, Pravinkoodu Shappu is a crime thriller set in a dark village starring Basil Joseph and Soubin Shahir. The movie revolves around the killing of Komban Babu, the local big gun, and the efforts of a detective to identify the motive for the killing. Directed by Sreeraj Sreenivasan, the film got two-faced reviews as to its off-beat narrative and comedy. Anwar Rasheed Entertainment produced the film and Vishnu Vijay scored the music.
Chhorii 2

Nushrratt Bharuccha is back as Sakshi in this sequel to 2021's Chhorii. Chhorii 2, directed by Vishal Furia, will keep the eerie story going, with the addition of Soha Ali Khan and Gashmeer Mahajani to the cast. The first Chhorii received praise for its original approach to horror that is Indian rural-based, and the sequel hopes to carry on in that vein. It was filmed over a few months and is now ready for its Prime release.

Painkili, which was directed by Sajin Gopu and Anaswara Rajan, is a love story between a boy and an independent working woman. The screenplay was written by Sreejith Babu and the movie has been produced by Fahadh Faasil. The film got an average theater response. Jithu Madhavan had written the screenplay of the film after writing Romancham and Aavesham. Even though the story had gained critical acclaim as bad screenplay, the film will now be able to connect with its audience on OTT.

Situational comedy captures elements of family relationship, societal perception, and what occurs when things go wrong when there are secrets involved.
